Updates to our Service Model due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
- Please do not pay in cash if at all possible.
- Use checks or credit/debit cards if paying in person.
- If you have your bill stub and check already written and do not need a receipt, please use the drop box to the right of our door.
Ways to make your payment without coming into the office:
- Call our office with your credit/debit card info or checking account info. We can take either over the phone.
- Mail your check payment directly to the company with the payment stub they mailed you with your bill.
- Call your specific carrier and pay them directly over the phone.
- Visit your carrier’s website to pay online.
We kindly ask that customers with a history of cold/flu/fever during the last 2 weeks, or those exhibiting any cold or respiratory symptoms presently, please refrain from coming into our office.
Most insurance issues or questions can be handled with a quick phone call including: new quotes, policy changes, billing questions, payments and filing a claim.
