Chris Peacock

Chris has been helping clients for Blue Ridge Insurance Service Inc. family since 2018, having previously served clients at Watauga Farm Bureau right here in Boone, NC. A true Watauga County native, Chris attended Hardin Park, graduated from Watauga High School, and attended Appalachian State University. His father, Ken Peacock, served with great distinction as Chancellor at ASU for many years, so service and dedication to this community run deep in the Peacock family.

Chris is married to Hannah, and together they are raising two children, Piper and Price. Outside of insurance, Chris is also the proud co-owner of The Dogfather, a local hotdog vending company you may have spotted at Boonerang and other festivals throughout the region.

He truly values the relationships he builds with his clients and looks forward to sitting down with you and your family to help you save money on all your insurance needs — whether that’s auto, home, life, or business coverage. Delores Church

Delores has been with Blue Ridge Insurance since 1997, almost from the beginning of when Blue Ridge Insurance was established in 1995.  She is from Watauga County.  She is married and has 2 children and a proud grandmother of 3 grandchildren.  Delores looks forward to helping you find the best rates for your insurance needs such as auto, homeowners and commercial insurance.

Alisa Waters

Alisa has been with Blue Ridge Insurance Service, Inc. since February 2021, starting as office manager. She obtained her property & casualty licenses that same year as well as her life & health licenses the following year. Her career as an agent here at BRIS has given her a community and knowledge beyond insurance.  Along with her many achievements, she is married to Devin Waters and has 3 beautiful children: Kinley, Kayden & Ian. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside as much as possible in her spare time.   Alisa is eager to provide the best service, find the right coverage to meet all your needs, and help you save money.

Thomas Keller

Thomas has been an agent with Blue Ridge Insurance Service Inc. since 2022. He was born and raised in Boone, NC, and attended Watauga High School and Wake Technical Community College. You may know Thomas from his other exploits as a local fireworks display operator around the area with his company Perennial Pyrotechnics. You might see Thomas and Chris around town at Boonerang with their hot dog cart, The Dogfather.  Thomas, his wife Emily, and their daughter Avonlea are proud members of the local community. He is always looking for a way to help your family or your business with their insurance needs.

Ben Bolick

I am a multi-generational Boone resident.  Along with working at Blue Ridge Insurance, I am also the pastor of Three Forks Baptist Church and a cattle farmer.  Huge fan of the N.C. State Wolfpack and 2026 Best of the Best Insurance Agent winner.  Proud husband to Kylie and father to Ina Pearl.
